this case study is performed with the notion of affordability in mind.
this duplex, R2_mod(ular) unit is composed of four equal and opposite containers, manufactured at an offsite manufacturing facility, where the units are delivered, to the stage of being buttoned up, crained onto the property, attched and finished in a three month duration.
the end result is a modern duplex that has upgraded solar, energy star appliances, a high thermal production value, as well as an eco-frinedly footprint.
